TOMORROW: Free Paper Shredding at City Hall

At Wednesday night's Road & Safety/Finance & Planning meeting, the Mayor announced that free paper shredding would be available tomorrow, Saturday, January 16, from 9:00 am through 12 noon.  Although this information is not on the website, here are the details from a prior shredding:
Feel free to bring any type of paper that you would like to have shredded while you watch. Again, this is a free service provided to all of the residents of Pepper Pike.
In the document below, on Page 2, you can read a further description of the items you can bring for shredding.  The May 2009 communication from the Mayor indicates that as of that time, 33 tons of paper had been shredded through the program which was costing the city $325 per three hour session as of then.  Approximately 180-190 residents have been using the service.

Shredding Description

Sorry for the short notice but do please spread the word. You will also see green and white signs around town reminding residents of the opportunity.
