I Need Help

What is your favorite municipal website and why?  I'm looking for examples of what you like and why you like it.

Ease of use?
Bounty of information?
Maps?
Community Resources?
Rules that affect you listed?
Quick response from contacting people?
Lots of forms you can use online or print out and send in?

I'm new and I'm ready - but I need input.  Please email me or leave a comment.

And thank you in advance, always.

I like the City of Portland, Oregon's website because it has a lot of information and is fairly easy to navigate (the breadcrumbs really help with that aspect).

Thanks, Steve - I'll check it out. I was telling someone about how great Seattle's is (even though my city is just about 6,000 people) and I got this cock-eyed look and the response, "Yeah - near the home of Microsoft? I'd think so!"

But I don't think you have to be close to Microsoft to have a great and usable site for your community, obviously! Thanks for taking the time.

Thanks very much, Adam - adding it to the list. I don't know if others have noticed, but a lot seems to be going on in the UK related to local gov'ts online.
