CVT Commentary: "Decide What's Best For City"

This week's editorial commentary in the Chagrin Valley Times addresses my request to receive documentation as to Sterling Lakes' assertion that there is in fact a "sizeable and growing" market of condo buyers for the proposed increase in quantity and decrease in quality and sale price of units to be built in The Pointe portion of Sterling Lakes. I know it's always seemed to me like a very relevant piece of information we should have as we consider whether to change the agreement Sterling Lakes has with the city and build more units that could very well go unbought.  But it's always nice to know you're not alone.
